When a single Orca is seen near Vancouver Island, it’s clear it got separated from its pod and is in the wrong spot. Ted Jeffries and his team at the Department of Fisheries & Oceans (DFO) want to catch Luna and bring him back to his family. But, the local folks think it should be up to Luna to decide where to stay.
